We will celebrate Simchat Torah on
Tuesday 14th October 2025
at 18H15
Map link to our venue:
We conclude reading from the Book of Deuteronomy ('V'zot Hab'racha' -
"and this is the blessing" and then, we roll the Sefer Torah scroll back to
Genesis chapter 1 - 'Bereishit' - "In the beginning ...".
Thus commences a new cycle of Torah readings for the year 5786.
This joyous celebration will be followed by our customary bring ‘n share savoury meal (plus cheesecake, of course).
(The finger supper is 'milchik' i.e. it excludes meat or chicken)
Bring vegetable quiches, ready-made sandwiches with egg/tuna/cheese fillings. Bring assorted cheeses and crackers, bring vegetable sticks with assorted dips. Bring vegetable samosas. Bring savoury foods,
with one exception - cheesecake!
Come and join us as we celebrate
HaShem's goodness and greatness!
