Two Important Annoucements

Annoucement 1:

THE VERY JEWISH LORD’S PRAYER

Recently, someone asked me a thought-provoking question. Knowing that God is not the source of temptation (James 1) and the adversary is the one driving temptation, why then do we pray "lead us not into temptation'?

I found the research and studying quite fascinating. And I will do two teachings on Fri 7^th November (Lesson 1: Laying a Foundation) and

the 14th November (Lesson 2: The Very Jewish Lord's Prayer).

Our services commence at 18h15 on an erev Shabbat (Friday evenings) and our Saturday Torah services commences at 10h00 on the Shabbat morning. The Torah service is followed by a shiur (interactive discussion) with someone leading from the front. Participation is encouraged.

Announcement 2:

On Saturday 22nd November at 9.30 am - approximately 12h30pm, Chris Eden of Bridges for Peace will address us on

"The Battle for the Heart of the Church".

There can be little doubt that followers of Messiah individually

and communally, find themselves increasingly harassed and experiencing attacks from various sources. The lecture will cover various aspects so as to enable and empower all believers to become aware and alert to what actually lies behind this battle. This is a crucial time and may we be found willing

'for a time such as this'.

Romans 13:11-13
